Construction and function

The sanding tool consists of a disc with vertical sanding lamellas which are supported with bristles. The disc is mounted eccentrically. The overlapping of rotation and oscillation allows the workpiece to be processed from each direction and each angle simultaneously. Sanding marks are worn away. The edges of the workpiece are processed consistently on all sides. Due to the rotating, the sanding lamellas also cross the fibre, which means that the same positive effects can be achieved on profiled surfaces using this system as can be achieved with Cross sanding unit on even surfaces.

This aggregate is suitable for the sanding of workpieces with small to average profile depths and also for workpieces with a longitudinal radius.
