- Consisting of the profile holder with the bore for mounting on the drive shaft, the profile made of soft plastic (e.g. foam rubber) and the profile sanding disc, a thin-walled plastic profile, topped with abrasive cloth. After the wear of the abrasive, the profile sanding disc can be replaced by a disc with fresh abrasive. The profile of the sanding disc is exactly adapted to the wooden profile to be sanded. The sanding power is 1.000 up to 2.000 running meters of profile.
