The return system TSRET02 by Barbaric is a workpiece return conveyor for edgebanders.

It is the extended version of the TSRET construction series, accomplishing the following tasks:

• destacking the workpiece
• replacing the workpiece after the edgebander
• turning the workpiece, if needed, 90° or 180°
• replacing the workpiece to the height level of the edgebander
• removing and restacking the finished workpieces

Mode of operation

The vacuum lifter is at the end of the edgebander. It destacks the workpieces and conveys them via feeding device to the operator. After passing the edgebander, the workpiece is moved on a belt conveyor. The replacement is carried out by the vacuum lifter, movable in transverse direction. The lifter turns the workpiece if needed at 90° or 180° and places it on a belt conveyor. This conveyor is slightly lower than the workpiece infeed of the edgebander for preventing the collision of large workpieces. The workpiece is conveyed to a roller table, slightly inclined to the infeed. The workpiece comes to a halt at the stop of the roller table end. Several stacks can be built.
