The VKS 250 is a fully-automatic cartboard cutting machine which can be optionally extended by a half-automatic gluing station. ConstructionMachine in portal construction. The unit for transversal processing as well as up to 8 longitudinal units run on two guides. This stretches over the whole width of the portal passage. The units process in exact measures through a NC-axis. The toothed belt for processing the transversal unit acts a positioning and longituidnal processing unit. The longitudinal cutting tool in form of a toothed knife slices are components of the rubber roller, which also move the carboard through the machine. On the infeed two coilers are on the machine via which the endless carton single or double coursed have been added to the cardboard cutting machine. Function1st Feed of raw carboardsEndless cartons from the stack which are being manually fed once via the coilers of the machine. It can be fed sinle or double coursed depending on how big the carton cuts turn out. Optional extension allow the expansion upt o 12-coursed, fully-automatic infeed.
Single carton blades can be fed (optionally) via the single-blade infeed and a lifting table. 2nd cutAll thinkable, edgy cuts and fold patterns can be executed, even cuts for the creation of supporting grips. The machine can work in the back slicing drive and thus execute more longitudinal cuts and grooves than the longitudinal unit has in command (virtual longitudinal cutting unit). 3rd Cutting pattern
5th foldsThe folding of carton cuts takes place manually. 6th adhesivesWith the help of the half-automatic gluing station (optional equipment) the pre-folded cartons can be glued on one side.
