ACP (air cushion pad) is a term for the air cushion pad on wide belt sanders by manufacturer HOMAG. As the pressure beam is not segmented, the acp-system is suitable for sanding of even workpieces.

The infed workpieces will be recognized by the system and thus the onsetting and outsetting of the sanding pad will be controlled onto the front and back edges.
