The Ray force system, or RFS technology, is an edge banding unit for affixing edge material with a reactive layer ("laser edge") on form-milled workpieces. Here the reactive layer of the edge material is heated through infra-red and melted together with the workpiece.

This zero joint technology will be used on the CNC-machining centre with edge glue part by BIESSE.

Even when the AirForce-System is rather used with throughput edgebanding machines, such machines with Ray Force System do exist as well.
