Automatic feeding

The automatic feeding can take place via lifting table, with an area storage or both. The benefits of lifting tables clearly lie in the automatic processing of several panels.

Through stacking machines, whole panel stacks are put down on the lifting table or the laterally located roller conveyor. The rest is carried out by the machine control of panel saws. Appropriate to the needs, panels are being shoved from the ready stacks, alligned and positioned for cutting strips. The cut parts are frontally shoved towards the operator and can be sawed or stacked, if already cut. The material flow goes in one direction and the saw won't be blocked, as opposed to manual feedings from the outset, which ensures significant advantages in speed and handling.
