Area storage system

If high performance at simultaneously highly flexible material composition is required, automatic stacking and destacking machines come into use. In a so-called area storage system needs-oriented different panels (quantity, quality, size) are stored and being automatically taken through program-controlling. Via the appropriate software, the material use, material management of remaining quantities as well as the order management can be organised.

Besides it should be mentioned that for individual and batch size-1-cuts, production cells are designed for fully-automatised operations. With this unit an industry robot with specially-developed suction beams is being placed in the centre of the cut-to-size plant whilst saving space, which takes over complete panel, parts and strip handling until all finishing cuts have been carried out.
