Vertical panel saws

Before starting the dismantling process, please check whether suitable lifting machines are there. Often the loading process is carried out through hanging, hence a crane or a forklift with sufficient lifting height, preferably more than 4m, is needed. Via forklift the machine can be attached to the forks through slacks, the mast will be completely extracted in a way that the forks are on a higher position that the stakes of the lorry and thus the lorry goes backwards, not the forklift.

Even for dismantling the saw arm a forklift or smaller hydraulic assembly crane is necessary.

The saw arm has to be taken off from the machine (Image B), before that the saw carriage has to be moved to the very bottom and possibly available counter-weights have to be secured. For safely transporting the carriage, the packaging process is recommended to be carried out on some euro pallets (Image C). The saw itself consists of a wooden base (Image A). It's important to secure all moveable components onto the saw carriage from pivoting movements.
