For most moulders a quite elaborate wooden framework is needed for the secure transport. Because of the weight, the beams should be sufficiently dimensioned. Nonwithstanding there're machines which have built-in lugs or infeeds for loading bars. Often it's necessary to disassemble the hood from the machine for the transport.

If it's possible to carry the control panel along the machine when loading using a second lifting device, it should be the much preferred option than to loosen the control panel, alternatively with smaller machines it can be mounted on a mutual base frame.
