The chip deflector is infinitely adjustable via the C-axis. The angle of rotation is permanently and optimally adjusted by the control system during processing according to the processing situation.

The chip deflector of SCM is also equipped with a 5-stepped height adjustment. This is automatically pre-selected by the control system according to the tool length.
