Altendorf Group GmbH

The Altendorf Group is an association of manufacturers of woodworking technology for the panel processing trade.

It offers machines for sawing, edge banding and drilling/milling.

In October 2017 the financial investor Avedon Capital Partners acquired a majority stake in the German mechanical engineering company Altendorf/Minden and founded the Altendorf Group in 2018.

In April 2018 the manufacturer of edge banding technology HEBROCK from East Westphalia was taken over and integrated into the Altendorf Group.

The Altendorf Group America was founded in 2019.
