HOMAG BOF 500
Záznam uvidíte za
Series of CNC-machining centres in moving gantry construction, which are equipped with Homag Shuttle System machine tables. History:With the model BHP 520 Weeke initially introduced a machine with shuttle system in about 2003. In 2006 the successor was produced by Homag under the name BOF511 as nearly identical machine, while Weeke concentrated on the moving gantry technique of the BHP series as well as on the Vantage series. Homag extended the range of models by different configurations and table sizes. The shuttle system was taken over without any changes. Since about 2011 this machine is not offered anymore. Construction:The BOF500 series is a moving gantry machine with 2 tables. The aggregates support moves along the portal and thus generates the movement of the x-axis, while the y-axis is realized by the movement of the portal. In contrast to most machines with 2 tables the portal is not located longitudinally across the adjacent tables. It is arranged transversely across one table, while the other one is located outside the enclosed area. Due to the shuttle system both tables are able to move above the other and thus always one table is in processing process, while the other can be loaded and unloaded. Because of its purpose mainly designed for the nesting process, the machines are mostly equipped with an O-TRIX-table.
