Záznam uvidíte za

High-speed cross-cut machine made by Reinhardt.

  • Trimming of edged workpieces continuously running through-feed with two concurrent saws
  • In 2007, the Twin Loop was the world's first crosscut saw that could crosscut wood without stopping while the feed was running. The workpieces travel through the saw with minimal clearance and a constant speed of 80 m/min. Theoretically, up to 650 cuts per minute are possible.
  • Cross-cuts up to 150 x 60 mm possible
  • Cutting accuracy: plus/minus 1.0 mm
  • While one saw unit cuts, the second one is already moving to the next cutting position
  • According to the manufacturer (2011): "World's fastest trimming saw in the solid wood sector"
