SPÄNEX GmbH Aviation, Energy and Environmental

German manufacturer of extraction systems (chips, dust) for woodworking and wood processing trading enterprises and industry. The focus is on the area wood and partly in the plastic, paper and metal industries. The company is based in Ursal, Volpriehausen in Göttingen, Harz mountains.

History

about 2003

Bankruptcy of the Brunner-group. BHSU and BHSR get together again to 'Spänex GmbH', based in Uslar. The site in Extertal-Silix now acts as a sales office.

1986

Bankruptcy of the company. A prospective buyer is the Brunner-group, which continues production with a small part of the old staff in a factory in Uslar. Soon the company's name is changed under the new leadership and a second production site is established: there are existing the BHSU Luft- und Umwelttechnik GmbH in Uslar and the newly established BHSR Luft- und Energietechnik GmbH in the Westphalian Extertal-Silix now, both are producing machines under the brand 'Spänex'.

1946

Founded by Günter Sander as craft and industrial supplier for manufacturing of air conditioning systems.
