| 2014 | The Mafell AG takes over the majority of the R.M.G. Schmidler GmbH. In the future the company will operate under MSA Mafell-Schmidler Abbundtechnik GmbH (MSA GmbH). According to the press release, location and production site of the company remain in Heideck. The company continuously produces CNC-controlled joinery machines and cut-to-size plants as well as machines and equipment for the solid wood and the prefabricated house building. |
