1935 Establishment of the company and production of fired coal boilers under the name DSV
1954 DSV starts production of small boilers and oil burners in Næstved. Skandinavisk Kedelfabrik in Herning is built to produce larger boilers there. DSV takes over the French burner factory of Thyphon during this period.
1965 DSV takes over G. Meier Jæger Eftf. (GMJ) in Aarhus, a manufacturer of Steam boilers and they are building a new plant in Birk near Herning, where the production of DSV boilers now takes place.
1966 DSV moves the GMJ production to Skandinavisk Kedelfabrik in Herning.
1975 DSV decides to move the entire boiler production to the new plant in Birk near Herning.
1977 DSV and its subsidiaries Skandinavisk Kedelfabrik and GMJ merge and all activities are collected in one company under the name Danstoker A/S.
1978 Danstoker is taken over by the VØLUND group.
1992 ANSALDO takes Danstoker over, after they bought the entire VØLUND group.
2000 Danstoker is taken over by Mr Leif T. Thompson and a group of Danish investors.
2003 Danstoker expands its activities and takes over the German boiler manufacturer OMNICAL.
2005 Danstoker establishs a subsidiary in UK: Danstoker (UK) Ltd..
2007 A sales office in Sweden is established.
2010 Danstoker establishes a sales office in South America, Chile.

Danstoker established a sales office in South America, Chile.

2007

A sales office in Sweden has been established.

2005

Danstoker founded a subsidiary in the UK:

Danstoker (UK) Ltd.

2003

Danstoker expands the activities and acquires the German boiler manufacturer OMNICAL.

2000

Danstoker will be taken over by Herr Leif T. Thomsen and a group of Danish investors.

1992

Danstoker is being acquired by the company ANSALDO in connection to their purchase of the entire VØLUND company.

1978

Danstoker has been acquired by the company VØLUND.

1977

DSV and the subsidiaries Skandinavisk Kedelfabrik and GMJ emerged and all activities in one company have been put together under the name Danstoker A/S.

1975

DSV decided to relocate the entire boiler production to the new plant in Birk near Herning.

1966

DSV relocates the GMJ production to Skandinavisk leather factory in Herning.

1965

DSV acquired G. Meier Jægers Eftf. (GMJ) in Aarhus, manufacturer of boilers and has been building a new plant in Birk near the town Herning, where the production of DSV boilers takes place from now on.

1954

DSV started in the plant Næstved with the production of smaller boilers and Oil burners.

Skandinavisk leather factory in Herning has been erected in order to produce the bigger boilers here.

In this phase DSV acquired the French distiller plant Thyphon.
