Patent application 'Weber SCAN': Non-contact detection of workpieces with laser
Weber is active in the areas plastic, wood and metal processing
Patent application for 'Weber CBF': an internal cross belt for a surface finish without oscillation marks.
Patent issued for an improved and simplified version of the segmented pressure pad with freely moving pieces.
Patent issued for 'Weber ES': Electronically controlled energy-saving workpiece blow.
Patent issued for the Weber segmented pressure pad with freely moving pieces.
New electronic pad principle is invented and patented (MCS or ISA system).
Presentation of the newly developed wood sanders of the series OFZ.
The company Carstens is taken over by the company Raimann Freiburg. The connection with the company Weber comes to an end. Weber is building wood sanders on its own. Up to 1979 Raimann builds cylindrical sanding machines.
Mr. Carstens dies in plane crash.
Construction of the first wide belt sander with combined aggregate (sanding roller and driven pad).
Since then, design and construction of mechanical control gears (continuously variable V-belt transmission).
Registration of Hans Weber Maschinenfabrik in the commercial register.
|1922 - 1924|
Establishing its own premises.
|up to 1922|
Construction of sanding machines in the Kronacher machine factory Endres.
At the beginning design and construction of the first cyl drum sander for the local slate industry with the term 'independent sander' (predecessor of the wide belt sander ). Mr. Weber and Mr. Carstens get to know each other: Carstens build machines under his name at Weber's and thus sells the 'Weber / Carstens Maschinen'' world wide.
