EBM Maschinenbau GmbH
Former German manufacturer of edgebanders, who solely took care of the distribution of EBM and Hebrock machines in the UK. It used to be a subsidiary of Hebrock and has merged with said company in 2018.

| 1987 | Gert Ney, former CEO of Ney, founds, in the same year as the bankruptcy of his former company happened, a trading house in Great Britain to sell Hebrock machines. There is developed a parallel product line, E (Edge) B (banding) M (machine), which should be sold also to Germany. |
