Bankruptcy of the company 'De Fries'

1993

NICO DUIN MACHINES b.v. takes over the production of the Verboom tenoners.

about 1992

Bankruptcy of Verboom. The company 'De Fries' takes over production and sale of Beuving-machines and a former employee establishes the company 'De Groot'.

1990

SCM wants to take over Verboom but the company refuses.

1970

Acquisition of the manufacturer ABH Beuving and manufacture of their machines under the name Verboom. With changes and improvements of the models Verboom gets into international markets and is also successful in Asia and the UK.

about 1960

Verboom was the leading trading house for Hobemas and was especially successful in selling the machinery from the Italian manufacturer SCM .
