2006

Bankruptcy of Hoffmann Dübelfix

1998

Hoffmann Borsysteme takes over full Dübelfix program, now offers spare parts and new aftermarket parts, but develops no new machinery

1993

Herbert Hoffmann founds his own company and small production Hoffmann Bohrsysteme and is in competition with the successor of Dübelfix; Dübelfix disappears soon after from the market

1990

Company Menro takes over the Dübelfix-machines without the Hoffman brothers, but can hold only a few years on the market and then stops

1988

Dispute between the brothers and they split. Company Hoffmann stops.

1985

Herbert develops a pneumatic frame dowel drilling machine with 2 levels

1976

Hoffman brothers (Walter and Herbert) take over the company Bilek Dübelfix

1974

Simple tool manufacturing company

  • some machines from the FESTO product range is taken over and 1993 sold to the firm Götzinger
