Former German manufacturer of mainly hogging saws, CNC machining centers and edgebanders.The company is based in Bad Oeynhausen. Former employees founded the firm MKM International that is also located in Bad Oeynhausen.

History

2005

With the help of the former Hüllhorst employees Schwabedissen is able to advance the nesting technology on machining centers. The expansion prevents a destruction of the table or wear plate.

2004

Liquidation by the company IMA. Schwabedissen takes over the CNC division and employees

2000

Cooperation with TORWEGGE; TORWEGGE-HÜLLHORST GmbH.
