Trim cut sawTrim cut saws are used in combination with cross-cut saws (stripsaws) for lengthwise cutting of for example kitchen worktops. This innovation originates in the house of SCHEER. It is an additional machine between the infeed roller table and the cross-cut saw. One or more trim cut saw aggregates are positioned at an angle of 90 degrees to the cross-cut saw´s cutting line and as a general rule program controlled positioned and cut the feed panels in longitudinal direction. Therefore out of a raw worktop with dimensions 6000 x 600mm a cut of 2000 x 450mm can be realised in only one run. (1. Sawing process of the trim cut saw - width 450mm; 2. Working step by use of cross-cut saw - length 2000mm) similar article |
