Special CNC-machining centre (nesting machine), which HOLZ-HER introduced on the market in 2008.

In 2008, HOLZ-HER fundamentally altered the model series in the CNC sector. To better meet the market needs, machines with matrix table and additional equipment options were no longer offered within a model series, but all available machines with matrix table were summarized in a new model series, called DYNESTIC. At the same time, various features were included as standard, which were necessary for nesting.

In April 2008, 2 cantilever machines were presented:

• DYNESTIC 8.4 7515
• DYNESTIC 10.4 7515

Both machines had a machine table with a working width Y of 1.250 mm and lengths of 2.500 and 3.200 mm (X). The aggregates support was designed in a way that the working range could be accessed by all aggregates. As standard, the machine was equipped with a router head with 6 kW, a drill head with 10 vertical drills and one double drilling spindle each in X and Y. Optionally available was a groove saw and an additional double drilling spindle.

One month later, HOLZ-HER presented the model

• DYNESTIC 12.6 G 7521, the first completely new construction for nesting processing.

Equipment

It was a gantry machine with a table size of 3.900 x 1.950 mm. For this machine, vacuum pumps with a power of 250-750 m³/h were offered. The basic equipment consisted of a router head with 6 kW, a drilling unit with 18 vertical spindles and a double drilling spindle each in X and Y.

Special equipment

For this machine, extensive special equipment was offered, from additional aggregates to automatic feeding and unloading systems.

Other model versions and revisions

• In 2009, the model 7516 was introduced, which was identical to the 7515, however, had a wider working table in Y of 1.560 mm. Both models were available in the table lengths 2.675 mm or 3.375 mm as models 8.4 or 10.4. In addition, all DYNESTIC models were modified in details.
• Since 2010, the models 7515/7516 are available with table lengths of up to 6.405 mm, the model 7521 with table lengths of 3.100 - 6.250 mm.
