SCM Tecno

Short description

Term for describing a special aggregates support for the moving gantrys of the SCM Accord 40 series - with two fully functional working spindles, each of which access a 12-fold SCM Rapid changer.

Between the working spindles are two free spaces with additional aggregates, e.g. a drilling unit, a groove saw or the K2 horizontal milling aggregate.

In contrast to the PBTC system, it has two fully functional working spindles, which can both be optionally equipped with a C-axis or a Prism 5-axis spindle.

The Record 240 offered the TECNO-configuration in two different variants:

3 3 TECNO	two 3-axes-moulding aggregates, optional with horizontal moulding aggregate Universal K2 with Rotational axis or with a saw aggregate with rotational axis or with a boring aggregate
3 5 TECNO	one 3-axes-moulding aggregate and one 5-axes-moulding aggregate Prisma K, optional with boring aggregate
