Benefits

From different orders, the MillVision software extracts all the workpieces of the chosen wood species with the corresponding cross-section and profile and creates a cutting list which can be transferred to the control of the OptiCut machine. Using a label printer, the workpieces are marked immediately after being cut and thus, can be exactly assigned to the orders. Parallel to this process, a return information on the cutting process is transferred to MillCut. Online evaluations are always possible; the organizational effort can be reduced.
