STRIEBIG evading slatted frameThe sidestepping slatted frame was developed and patented by Striebig. When the saw blade comes upon the slatted frame during the process of horizontal cutting the slatted frame eludes downward. The vertical cuts are accomplished at predetermined interfaces. Thereby the saw blade dips into one of the existing grooves. The machine is secured against cuts apart from these positions. Alternative term
