QUICKMELT consists of a closed quick heating basin and the glue roller, which applies the liquid adhesive to the workpiece edge (at QE optionally to the edge material). By an aperture in the top, the premelt adhesive flows from the granulate tank into the basin, is heated to processing temperature and applied to the workpiece edge by the directly connected glue roller.
