Series of CNC-drilling automates for front-side boring with dowel inserting in several construction sizes.

The machines consist of a slim working table on which the workpiece may be held by means of above-acting pneumatic stamps. The working unit with horizontal drilling and dowel inserting unit moves on a parallel to the worktable extending linear guide. The height of the drilling level can be adjusted via a hand wheel with mechanical digital counters. The dowel inserting works by the paternoster principle. The types PTP1 to 3 and MULTI have only horizontal spindles. The types PTP1 to 3 offers the possibility of upright clamping of the workpiece so that holes can be executed into the workpiece's surface. The type PLUS has in addition a horizontal drilling unit which acts from below.

The working table can be divided into two fields, which makes shuttle machining possible. This means while the machine is boring in the workpiece on one side of the working table, the operator can already align and clamp the next workpiece on the other half of the table.
