Software for monitoring the working area in HOMAG CNC machines in connection with the PC (Power Control) machine control.

During processing, collisionControl monitors possible collisions of machine components and clamping devices on the machine.

Properties (2009)

• Automatic machine stop if a collision might occur
• Display of the collision as a snapshot with colored collision objects
• Monitoring of manual traversing blocks during manual processes
• Display of the machine as a moving 3D-model live operation (no simulation, no wear of material!)
