WEINIG CF

The CF finger jointing compact machine has following variations in command:

  • 1. CF 160 - 2 cylces / min.
  • throughfeed compact machines, where it will be milled, glued and pressed non-stop in one go. The maximum lamella width is 300 mm, the maximum cross cuts will be determined by 16 t press force.
  • 2. CF 200 - 4 cycles / min.
  • see CF 160, cross cuts, however, will be defined by 20 t press force.
  • 3. CF 200 / 300 - 5,5 cycles / min.
  • Here there are a 20-t- and a 30-t-execution. The high performence of 5,5 times / min. will be achieved by servo drives and propotional hydraulics. An electronic length measuring device determines any final length and the installed saw cuts it.
  • 4. CF 300 / 400 - 10 / 12 cycles / min.
  • It's a separate, vertical compact-single mitre saw, combined with a 30- or 40-t-cycle presses. The print-creating pressing unit will be laterally fed in enhancing the performence. The glue application (PUR) takes place laterally without any touch in the cross converyor between miller and press with surveillance system (optional). The cross conveyors with a maximum width of 310 mm are defined through line lengths and maximum pressure. A further performance enhancement, up to the pressing cycle, is optionally possible via a downstream positioning saw.
  • 5. CF 300 / 400 - 15 cycles/ min.
  • The mitre unit (without gluing and pressing), combined with contactless glue application, directly in front of our extrusion press, results in an optimal concept with a maximum performence.
  • 6. CF – H (horizontal)
  • Die CF-H is a compact unit, with which a horizontal finger joint connection can be created, for example for log house planks. As well as with other compact units, the milling, gluing and pressing process takes place in the clamping.
