The CSD Motion Control is a further development of the CSD systems from Heesemann, which has been introduced in 2009.

Features

The CSD system already considers the 2-dimensional shape and the dimensions of the workpieces for the exact adaptation of the sanding pressure of each element. The Motion Control system also considers the 3rd dimension. Thinner workpieces then the set dimensions require longer hoisting of the pressure beam segments, which leads to losses in power, because of the sanding belt tension that is operating in the opposite direction. Motion Control measures the hoist of each single element and corrects the loss of power.
