SMB Maschinenbau limited Company

Former German Company, which especially manufactured finger jointing lines. The company is located in Vöhringen.

In june 2016 the majority share of SMB has been taken over by the Fa. Paul.

At the end of 2016 SMB went into insolvency.

In 2017 the seperation of the business fields and takover of the field of finger jointing lines and company's name took place through the Hans Lingl Anlagenbau and Verfahrenstechnik GmbH & Co. KG (Hans Lingl plant construction and processing technology Inc.) by Paul.

The remaining businesses fields have been continued as new information under the company name SWT.

2021

The finger joint manufacturer H.I.T. takes over the former manufacturer with the newly founded subsidiary H.I.T. Keilzinkentechnik GmbH & Co. KG. The entire product range is continued by H.I.T..

Finalising the construction of new assembly halls.

Expansion of the premises by the purchase of the neighbouring company.

Introduction of a finger jointing cycle press to the market.

SMB overtakes the sale of its own lines.

Construction of the first compact finger jointing line.

Move to the new business premises.

Founded as SMB Maschinenbau GmbH. Managing directors are Hans Lieble and Dieter Hornung.
