| 1974 | Foundation of Ortza S. Coop. in Huarte-Pamplona (Navarra) - as a manufacturer of beamsaws, constructing the important models 'Ortza SE' and 'Ortza Opal'. |
| 1969 | Foundation in Zumaia (Gipuzkoa) as a fusion of two local companies. The sanding machine "Egurko 1000" and the double end tenoner "Egurko 3000" were constructed. |
