One-shaft grinders are wood waste grinders which only use 1 cutting shaft (also called rotor and usually mounted with cutters). Almost always, a hydraulic pusher is there for the material supply and for pressing the material against the rotor. A filter is located behind the rotor. Its screen size decides on the size of the chips.
