Dedusting machines, which can be flexibly equipped for special cleaning tasks. Here, the air stream is particularly aligned to the surrounding workpiece edges. The machines are suitable for being located behind a wide belt sander, but are also available as separate dedusting machines (machines with the addition -C). They are standard equipped with a fixed table height of 880 up to 920 mm and a fine dust filter that can be retracted at the side.

• Heesemann EA 4: Feed rate from 6 up to 30 m/min continuously variable adjustable; working width 1,350 mm
• EA 8 and EA 8-C: Adjustment of the workpiece thickness using NC-adjustment; robust roller transportation with frequency controlled feed rate of 3 up to 15 m/min
• EA 10 and EA 10-C: Feed rate up to 60 m/s

Optional equipment and extensions

• Higher feed rates
• Ionizing rod for the upper and bottom side of the workpieces
• Rotating blow-off nozzles for the top of the workpiece
• Brushes and sword brushes, e.g. double sword brushes
• Turbo Channel or Tornado Channel for the removal of dust and chips from wells, drill holes and millings on the workpiece top
