This is an aggregate from Reinhardt for the fully automatic loading of optimization cross cut saws of the series SLIM LINE.

Features

The operator loads independent from the rhythm of the machine. The latches of the end stops are used as alignment aids for the loading. The aggregate can hold up to 3 workpieces (workpiece packages), while a 4th workpiece (workpiece package) is processed. The aggregate fully automatically transfers the workpieces (workpiece packages) to the trimming saw. The minimum raw workpiece length is 600 mm. Shorter workpieces have to be directly loaded onto the machine's infeed table.
