Glue system

Adhesive application unit optimised by the manufacturer HOLZ-HER for edgebanders. The HOLZ-HER thin-film technology creates a waterproof and heat-resistant zero joint.

Function

Heating:	The aggregate has three heating circuits in which the hotmelt is prepared working temperature. The ring heater heats the front workpiece the cartridge, the main heater brings the glue to working temperature and the nozzle heater heats the complete steel nozzle.
Glue application:	The cylinder presses the cartridge/granulate against the heating inserts. The hot adhesive rises in the metering rod and can be processed. The glue is applied to the workpiece through the GlueJet nozzle.
