The software schulet-mde is installed on computers of several machines and gauges as well as visualizes machine service data. It delivers information of capacity, maintenance intervals, service data and problem analysis.

Schuler-MDE has an integrated OPC-interface in command, which allows direct access to the machine controls. The results will be displayed within the Schuler-MDE on the screen of the machine. The analyzed data will be visualized in the Schuler-MDE evaluation client.

Evaluation client (display surface) the software MDE basic

The displaying and evaluation possibilities of Schulre-Mde basic are restricted to:

• lights - signing the machine´s status
• red - the machine is stationary
• yellow - the machine in preparation
• green - the machine is ready for production
• maintenance symbol
• the symbol can switch colours green and red.
• As soon as maintenance is necessary, the maintenance dialogue can be called up.
• the current condition
• the codes, which are adjusted systematically to a restricted extent

The optional version "schulet-mde professional" is required, if further functionalities, graphics etc. are to be evaluated to the accrued conditions of the machine.

MDE maintenance dialogue

The schuler-MDE maintenance dialogue is available in the basic version as well as the professional version. All maintenance measures set up as maintenance accounts. are being displayed. For every maintenance measurement, following will be displayed in the maintenance dialogue:

• condition
• Which machine condition is to be evaluated for maintenance? (with the example of ´oiling width´, it´s the condition: width adjustment of the machine which is active)
• specification
• To which accrued machine life span is the maintenance necessary?
• The time in which the machine condition has been active since the last maintenance measurement.
• all in all
• The time in which the machine condition has been active in the overall-operation time.
• the percent line shows the current time / target time ratio
• When the target time has been reached, the maintenance measurements have to be executed. For signaling for the machine server, the maintenance symbol changes from green to red on the evaluation client; in the maintenance dialogue the maintenance symbol changes colour with the required maintenance measurements.

The operating time is not always comparable to the actual operating hours or production hours.
