ca. 1970	Stemac enters into a sales partnership with Ott in Waiblingen and sells a lot of machines under the name 'Ott'.
1988	Stemac sells the company to the brother of Mr. Giorgio Stefani (Stefani edgebanders). Stefani forms a group with Stemac, SAG Fördertechnik and Stefani edgebanders.
1991	SCM takes over the group.
