Automation solution developed by the manufacturer IMA for the edgebanders Novimat and Combima. The focus is set on a flexible one-piece-flow that requires less employees. The basis is each an one-sided edgebander with sizing unit. A servo withdrawable table enables the automatic tool charge (optionally with a stop system for the exact dimension and angle processing). The machine control recognizes the workpiece by a barcode scanner. A workpiece return gently carries back the workpieces. The control is executed via ICOS-machine control.
