Feature of wide belt sanders to sand the bottom of workpieces.

Most of the bottom sanding wide belt sanders can only sand from above or only from below. If the workpieces shall be sanded from below and above in one single process, one couples a bottom and a top sanding wide belt sander in a double-sided sanding line. The only requirement to be fulfilled is that both machines have a fixed table height. Only few machines are equipped with bottom and top sanding aggregates, e.g. the Sandingmaster 4000.

Bottom sanding wide belt sanders have a conveyor bed above the workpiece, and the workpiece is supported by roles from below.
