Types
KTD 1
- Small edgebanding machine for curved and straight workpieces; Curved workpieces are guided past the driven pressure roller, placed on a stencil. The pressure roller supports the workpiece feed. However, the workpieces are mostly guided by hand.
- Work procedures: supply of the edge material, gluing on of the material, cutting of the roll material (by a pneumatic trimmer)

- Workpiece thickness 10 up to 40 mm
- Thickness of the edge material 0.4 up to 1 mm
- Feed rate with manual support: 4 m/min

KTD 13 and 14
- Small edgebanding machine for straight workpieces with its own, top-acting workpiece feed
- Work procedures: supply of the edge material, gluing on of the material, cutting of the roll material, flush cutting (KTD13) / flush milling (KTD14)
KTD 51
- Construction with small differences to the KTD 1, but changed design up to a control panel located on the top
- Technical data:
- Workpiece thickness 10 up to 40 mm
- Thickness of the edge material 0.5 up to 1 mm
- Feed rate with manual support 4 m/min (1980s models), 4 up to 9 m/min for machines with control panel on the top (1990s models)
- Options:
- Automatic magazine for single strips
- Digital preset for the length of the edge material
KTD 52 and 53
- Small edgebanding machine with its own workpiece feed from the bottom, with the principle of inclined rollers, for the edgebanding on straight workpieces
- In the early 1980s, built as bench machine, in the late 1980s, with its own machine frame
- Work procedures: supply of the edge material, cutting of the roll material, gluing on of the material, precise cross cut (only KTD53), flush milling
- Technical data:
- Workpiece thickness 10 up to 40 mm
- Thickness of the edge material 0.4 up to 1.5 mm, cutting of the roll material up to 0.8 mm
- Feed rate 7 m/min
KTD 63, 64 and 65
- Compact edgebanding machines for edgebanding on straight workpieces with the feed system of 'large' edgebanders, consisting of feeding chain and upper pressure
- Work procedures:
- Supply of the edge material (automatic coil magazine, optional automatic magazine for single strips)
- Cutting of the roll material
- Cross cut with two motors (only KTD 64 and 65)
- Flush milling with horizontal and vertical tracing
- Chamfer milling (with this term Brandt refers to the edge finish with a buffing unit, only KTD 65)

- Workpiece thickness 10 up to 40 mm
- Thickness of the edge material from the roll 0.8 mm
- Edgeband thickness of fixed lengths strips 1.5 mm for the KTD 63, up to 3 mm for the KTD 64 and 65

KTD 72
- Small edgebanding machine for straight edges and shaped parts, with driven pressure roller, which supports the workpiece feed
- Further development of the KTD 51

- Supply of the edge material, optional with automatic magazine for single strips
- Cutting of the roll material
- Flush milling for straight workpieces optional

KTD 82
- Small edgebanding machine for shaped parts
- Mobile gluing aggregate for processing of large, shaped parts, quick conversion to a stationary machine for processing of small parts
