Airless

Spraying process, whereby the material (e.g. paint) is pressed through a small nozzle under high pressure and is thereby finely atomised, without a requirement for secondary air. The pump power lies between 90 and 360 bar depending on the application.

Advantages of Airless

  • High conveyance volumes
  • Low paint mist / low turbulence
  • Atomisation of undiluted materials with high viscosities
  • Application of a deep layer thickness in a single spraying process
