Extraction

  • for compliance with the specified max. concentration of airborne dust particles (TRGS 553), an extraction device is indispensable.
  • suitable materials for extraction: wood, plastic, paper, leather, textiles, rubber, aluminium, brass, other metals.
  • priority is given to 2 types: mobile dust extractors and stationary filter units
  • energy efficiency has to be investigated during planning and design to find the best possible system configuration from both types.
  • regular cleaning of the filters used is necessary to prevent clogging and to ensure a constant extraction rate (cleaning)
  • cleaning methods: mechanically by shaking or by blowing in compressed air from the opposite side
  • known manufacturers: Schuko, SPÄNEX, Höcker Polytechnik, AL-KO, NESTRO
