The ACP pressure beam system is composed of a non-segmented and pneumatic supported sanding pad. By the serie SWT 100 the ACP pressure beam is used without control for jumping devices but from the serie SWT 200 the control for jumping devices are available (July 2013).

The sanding strength against the workpiece surface can be adjusted with a pressure control. The operator can determine the distance point corresponding to the point where the sanding pad is lowered on the workpiece and took off again from the workpiece via the line control. Various solid wood sorts can be sanded with this pressure beam according to the use of harder or softer felt deposits.
