Splitting of system tool sets into processing steps The tool setting is as follows: In the 1st processing step, one half of the rebate geometry is milled. In the 2nd processing step, the second half is milled.
- reduced amount of applicated tools
- larger variety for window constructions
- different wood thicknesses
- various glas thicknesses, glass bead profiling
- rebate space on frames 4 or 12mm
- At least two NC controlled lifting spindels are needed for cross and lengthwise profiling.
- Tool setting on the spindels must ensure, that the complete rebate geometry can be processed in one through-feed.
- By separating inner and outer profiling by means of a sliding frame, two or more profilings, e.g. IV 78 and IV 90, can be processed with only one tool set.
- Or: There are two profiles on one tool support, so that inner and outer profile can be processed without tool changer.
