Spinbrush is the term for sanding brushing unit by Viet, which i.a. is used for wide belt sanders and lacquer sanding machines for surfaces and narrow workpieces.

These units consist of multiple special sanding brushes, which resemble those of electric tooth brushes. They are discs rotating around their centre. On these disks, groups of sanding lamellas are affixed. In the working process the sanding lamellas rotate, tumbled by the hair of the brush over workpiece surface. Oscillation of the entire unit results into a soft sanding pattern. Stress marks will be blotted out as far as possible by the different directions of motion.

With Spinbrush, even workpiece surfaces as well as profiled ones can be sanded.
