- Technology for processing laser edges on edgebanders to achieve seamless edging newly-introduced by HOLZ-HER.
- This technology is based on the use of thermal radiation of near infrared (NIR ... wave lengths 780 nanometres up to 3 micrometres) for the reactivation of "laser edges". The wave length of NIR-moduls is very close to the wave length of diode lasers on edgebanders, thus having a very good effect on the functional layer of laser edges.
