By means of the patented Limpio suction system, dust is extracted effectively from both panel sides. The saw blade is in a closed space during the cut; dust and chips are extracted immediately from the saw blade. By this a very low emission rate (less than 0,5 mg/m³) is reached.

The Limpio system is available in two versions:

• Illustration 1 - Model DS 155 with continuous Limpio suction tube:
• very good overall suction results
• damage of rear wall by saw blade is impossible
• on the middle support only vertical sawing is possible
• Illustration 2 - Model DS 155 with Limpio suction tube above middle support:
• very good suction results above middle support
• here, vertical and horizontal sawing is possible
• thin workpieces should be cut horizontally above the middle support, in order to prevent damage of the rear wall angles
